Wij zijn op zoek naar onze toekomstige Brand Ambassador. In directe samenwerking met de Boutique Manager heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

Je kernactiviteit: verkoop en klantrelaties

  • Onze klanten verwelkomen in een warme en professionele sfeer.
  • Klantenloyaliteit opbouwen door gepersonaliseerde begeleiding te bieden.
  • Een drijvende kracht zijn bij de productkeuze (voorstellen van silhouetten, enz.) en de kenmerken van de producten perfect beheersen (vormen, materialen, kleuren, afwerkingen, enz.).

Je rol als merkambassadeur: respect voor de visuele identiteit

  • Bijdragen aan de uitvoering van visual merchandising volgens de instructies van de manager.
  • Er voortdurend voor zorgen dat de verkoopruimte netjes is en dat de producten correct worden gepresenteerd.

Je bijdrage aan de verkoopactiviteit van de outlet

  • Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van de outletverkoop: je eigen verkoopindicatoren optimaliseren om de verkoopdoelstellingen te helpen behalen.
  • Deelnemen aan essentiële verkoopactiviteiten: kassawerk, verwerking van leveringen en retouren, voorraadbeheer, enz.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gepassioneerde Brand Ambassador die een hoogwaardige klantenservice kan bieden door klanten te verwelkomen, naar hen te luisteren en hen te begeleiden om hun behoeften te overtreffen. Je toont een uitstekende productkennis en levert service van hoge kwaliteit door in te spelen op de behoeften en verwachtingen van de klant.

  • Vloeiend Engels en Nederlands zijn vereist.
  • We zoeken iemand die 30 uur per week beschikbaar is.
