Per il nostro boutique siamo alla ricerca di un Manager con ottime capacità relazionali e un vero e proprio fiuto commerciale.

Lavorando sotto la direzione del Retail e in linea con le esigenze della nostra azienda, i compiti principali saranno i seguenti:

  • Padroneggiare tutte le tecniche di vendita
  • Garantire l'immagine di Sœur e la politica di vendita del marchio.
  • Guidare e gestire il team di vendita
  • Contribuire allo sviluppo delle vendite e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi mensili
  • Accogliere i clienti in un'atmosfera calda e professionale.
  • Fidelizzare i clienti attraverso un'assistenza personalizzata.
  • Contribuire allo sviluppo dell'immagine di Sœur mettendo in mostra i prodotti e rispettando le procedure di merchandising in vigore.
  • Assicurare una corretta gestione delle scorte nel punto vendita.

Profilo richiesto:

Ha un'ottima presentazione ed è desideroso di affrontare nuove sfide fidelizzando i clienti.

Ha almeno 2 anni di esperienza come manager.

Sei versatili, dinamici e organizzati.

Sorridenti, disponibili e rigorosi, sarà attenti al suo team e ai clienti.

Sei richiesto un inglese fluente o un livello professionale.

La posizione è disponibile nell'ambito dell'apertura di un negozio a partire da ottobre 2026.
