Description du poste

Rattaché.e au pôle Développement et Production à Façon, vous accompagnerez la Chargée d’Achats Matières et Composants dans ses tâches quotidiennes.

Missions Principales :

Développement

  • Participation aux salons et rendez-vous fournisseurs
  • Suivi des lancements des tissus de collection par le Studio, des réceptions coupes, pièces types et tirelles de collection
  • Suivi des développements et commandes fournitures de collection
  • Envoi d’échantillons aux fournisseurs et validation des études coloris
  • Contribution à la récolte des Fiches Matières et Fiches Techniques auprès des fournisseurs
  • Saisie des informations dans l’outil PLM et mise à jour quotidienne des tableaux de suivi
  • Archivage des échantillons de collection et tenue des classeurs matières et fournitures
  • Transmission des informations et documents d’expédition aux façonniers
  • Aide à la saisie, à l’envoi et à la réception des fournitures aux façonniers pour les SMS

Production

  • Envoi des commandes illustrées sous contrôle de la Chargée des Achats matières
  • Récolte des informations de colisage nécessaires pour les demandes de cotation auprès des transporteurs
  • Transmission des informations et documents d’expédition aux façonniers
  • Suivi et relance des réceptions matières auprès des façonniers
  • Archivage des tirelles de production et rangement classeurs
  • Suivi et relance des réceptions fournitures auprès des façonniers, passation et réception des commandes dans l’outil Cégid
  • Mise à jour et suivi régulier des inventaires fournitures et tissus collection et production chez nos façonniers

Profil recherché :

Étudiant.e en école de commerce, école spécialisée dans le textile ou cursus universitaire équivalent, avec une spécialisation ou un intérêt marqué pour le domaine du textile.

  • Organisation et sens de la logique
  • Rigueur
  • Réactivité, flexibilité et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
  • Sensibilité aux produits, à la matière, et aux détails techniques

Compétences Techniques :

  • Maîtrise d’Excel et du pack Office.
  • La connaissance de l’ERP Cégid est un plus.
  • Anglais courant requis.
