Como embajador/a de nuestra marca, trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el/la Store Manager y desempeñarás un papel clave en el desarrollo de la tienda.

Ventas y atención al cliente

  • Recibir y acompañar a los clientes ofreciendo una experiencia de compra excelente.
  • Realizar ventas siguiendo los protocolos de la marca.
  • Identificar las necesidades del cliente y proponerle looks y siluetas adaptadas.
  • Asesorar sobre productos, combinaciones y estilos.
  • Fidelizar a la clientela gracias a un servicio de calidad y personalizado.
  • Dominar perfectamente los productos y la colección para maximizar las ventas.
  • Gestionar las opiniones de los clientes y garantizar su satisfacción.

Respeto de la identidad visual de la marca

  • Aplicar las directrices de visual merchandising.
  • Renovar y actualizar los expositores según las recomendaciones.
  • Crear y mantener los escaparates.
  • Velar constantemente por la calidad del espacio de venta: orden, limpieza, señalización, cabinas, etc.
  • Garantizar la correcta presentación de los productos: colocación en perchas, doblado, etiquetado y disposición general.

Gestión de mercancía

  • Recepción y control de entregas y albaranes.
  • Optimización del stock y del espacio de almacenamiento.
  • Asegurar la presencia de las referencias clave en sala de ventas.
  • Preparación y realización de inventarios.
  • Prevención de pérdidas.
  • Seguimiento de existencias y anticipación de roturas de stock.

Perfil buscado :

Buscamos una persona con experiencia inicial en retail, preferiblemente en moda, apasionada por el sector y orientada a resultados.

Debe ser dinámica, con buen trato al cliente, organizada y atenta al detalle, capaz de trabajar en equipo y de mantener altos estándares de calidad en la tienda.

Buscamos a alguien con disponibilidad inmediata para trabajar 20 horas a la semana en nuestro punto de venta de Barcelona.
