Buscamos para nuestro punto de venta en Barcelona un Adjunto/a Responsable de Tienda con excelentes aptitudes para las relaciones interpersonales y un verdadero talento para las ventas. Bajo la dirección de su Responsable y de acuerdo con las exigencias de nuestra empresa, sus principales tareas serán las siguientes:

Tu actividad principal: ventas y relaciones con los clientes

Dominar todas las técnicas de venta Acoger a nuestros clientes en un ambiente cálido y profesional. Fidelizar a nuestros clientes mediante una atención personalizada.

Su papel de embajador de la marca: respetar nuestra identidad visual.

Garantizar la imagen de SOEUR y la política comercial de la marca Contribuir al desarrollo de la imagen de SOEUR mediante la promoción de los productos y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de merchandising vigentes.

Su contribución a la actividad comercial de la tienda

Dirigir y gestionar el equipo de ventas: sesiones informativas para el equipo, formación continua, Desarrollar las ventas alcanzando los objetivos mensuales Garantizar una buena gestión de las existencias en su punto de venta

Perfil buscado :

Con una experiencia de 2 a 5 años como adjunto/a responsable, buscas una marca con una fuerte identidad y colecciones de moda.

Tienes una excelente presentación y ganas de asumir nuevos retos fidelizando a tus clientes.

Eres polivalente, dinámico y organizado.

Sonriente, disponible y riguroso, estás atento a tu equipo y a los clientes.
