To rola na styku technologii, ludzi i biznesu. Projektujesz rozwiązania, mentorujesz zespoły, rozmawiasz z klientami.

Mentoring i transformacja kompetencyjna

Twoją misją będzie wypracowanie ścieżki kariery umożliwiającej migrację automatyków do Playwright - nie jako jednorazowe szkolenie, ale jako ciągły mentoring: code review, pair programming, budowa wewnętrznych standardów. Będziesz pracować z ludźmi o różnym poziomie zaawansowania, w różnych kontekstach projektowych.

Architektura rozwiązań i frameworki

Projektujesz i budujesz od zera frameworki testowe oparte o Playwright, które będą elementem naszych usług automatyzacji. Tworzysz reużywalne komponenty i wzorce - tak, aby zespoły w projektach nie zaczynały za każdym razem od pustego repozytorium. Integrujesz rozwiązania z CI/CD, systemami raportowania i infrastrukturą klientów.

Consulting i praca z klientem

Wchodzisz do klienta jako ekspert - prowadzisz discovery i assessment istniejącej automatyzacji, projektujesz strategię migracji lub budowy od zera, prezentujesz podejście decydentom technicznym i biznesowym.

Rozwój praktyki i innowacje

Śledzisz trendy w automatyzacji, eksperymentujesz z AI, budujesz wewnętrzny know-how. Jesteś osobą, do której zespół przychodzi z pytaniem „jak to zrobić lepiej" - i masz na to odpowiedź albo wiesz, gdzie jej szukać.

Doświadczenie techniczne

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia projektowego w automatyzacji testów, w tym minimum 2 lata pracy z Playwright (TypeScript / JavaScript)
  • Doświadczenie z Java + Selenium w przeszłości - znasz nawyki, pułapki i realia zespołów Javowych
  • Doświadczenie w budowie frameworków testowych od zera - nie tylko korzystanie z istniejących, ale projektowanie architektury dla wielu zespołów
  • Praktyczna znajomość REST API i integracji testów API z E2E
  • Doświadczenie w projektach enterprise - duże organizacje, sektor finansowy, ubezpieczeniowy, telco lub podobne

Umiejętności miękkie i leadership

  • Doświadczenie mentoringowe lub leadership techniczny - prowadziłeś/aś ludzi technicznie: szkolenia, code review jako senior, onboarding, tech leading
  • Umiejętność prezentowania rozwiązań technicznych odbiorcom biznesowym - prowadzisz workshopy, prezentujesz podejście decydentom, tłumaczysz technologię na język wartości biznesowej
  • Projektowanie strategii i podejścia do automatyzacji testów - myślisz na poziomie „jak automatyzacja wspiera cele biznesowe klienta", nie „jak napisać test"

Języki

  • Język polski - biegły
  • Język angielski - minimum B2+, swobodna rozmowa techniczna i prowadzenie prezentacji

  • Autentyczna ciekawość AI w kontekście testowania - eksperymentujesz z Copilot, Claude, AI-assisted test generation, prompt engineeringiem dla QA. Nie oczekujemy eksperta – tylko osoby, która rozumie jak technologia wspiera naszą pracę
