Zur Unterstützung unseres Produktmanagementteams suchen wir für unseren Standort Haar bei München einen Produkt Manager - Market & Portfolio (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

Als Produktmanager -Market & Portfolio (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die unternehmerische Verantwortung für ein Portfolio technisch anspruchsvoller Standardprodukte. Sie entwickeln das Portfolio auf Basis von Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsanforderungen weiter und verantworten Produktstrategie, Positionierung, Roadmap und Go-to-Market über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus. Hierbei werden Sie unterstützt durch PM KI Methodiken/Tools und Coaching, um effektiv die Rolle als Unternehmer im Unternehmen mittelfristig leben zu können.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsanforderungen analysieren
  • Produktstrategie, Positionierung und Roadmap entwickeln
  • Marktchancen und Business Cases bewerten
  • Produktanforderungen und Investitionen priorisieren
  • Markteinführungen mit Vertrieb und Marketing gestalten
  • Umsatz, Pipeline und Produkt-KPIs steuern
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Vertrieb, Marketing und Management koordinieren
  • Produkte gegenüber Kunden, Partnern und auf Veranstaltungen vertreten

Mittelfristig handeln Sie als „Unternehmer im Unternehmen“ und übernehmen umfassende Verantwortung für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg Ihres Produktportfolios.

Ihr Profil

  • Unternehmerische, proaktive und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement technisch anspruchsvoller B2B-Produkte
  • Gutes Verständnis industrieller Automatisierungslösungen
  • Ausgeprägte Markt- und Kundenorientierung
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Fähigkeit, Technik in Kundennutzen und wirtschaftliche Entscheidungen zu übersetzen
  • Erfahrung mit Marktanalysen, Produktstrategien und Business Cases
  • Effiziente Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Marketing und Entwicklung
  • Klare Priorisierung und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Nice to have:

  • Kenntnisse industrieller Kommunikationsprotokolle, z. B. OPC UA, MQTT, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP oder Modbus
  • Erfahrung mit Software-, Embedded- oder Edge-Produkten
  • Kenntnisse in Pricing, Portfolio Management und Go-to-Market
  • Internationales Produktmanagement sowie Partner- oder Ecosystem-Management
  • Kenntnisse in Cybersecurity, Industrial IoT, Edge Computing und Industrial AI
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der industriellen Automatisierung, industriellen Kommunikation, IT/OT-Integration oder im Maschinenbau
