Verstärken Sie unser Team in Kirchentellinsfurt als Technischer Projektleiter Hardware-Entwicklung Prüfsysteme (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Projektierung von Test- Prüfsystemen mit unseren Premiumkunden (OEM’s)
  • Technische Lösungsfindung für die Herausforderungen der Kunden für Prüfsysteme oder Prüfsystemkomponenten für funktionales KFZ-Steuergeräte-Testing (z.B. Robotiken und Ersatzlasten für HIL-Prüfstände)
  • Mechanische, elektrische- sowie elektronische Konstruktion und Entwicklung
  • Fachliche Koordination von Projekten für den Bau dieser Prüfsysteme und projektspezifische fachliche Führung der Projektmitarbeiter
  • Kalkulationen und Angebotserstellung
  • Kundenkommunikation und -betreuung
  • Materialbeschaffung, Planung des Personalbedarfs
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei praktischen Arbeiten (z.B. Inbetriebnahmen, Funktionstests...)
  • Anforderungsdefinition und Unterstützung für zukünftige bzw. eigene Produktentwicklungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung oder staatlich geprüfter Techniker mit Erfahrung im genannten Bereich
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Test- und Prüfsysteme in der Automobilentwicklung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und dem Bau von Test- und Prüfeinrichtungen für die Automobilentwicklung
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich der HIL-Systematik (Hardware in the Loop).
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe auch bei neuen Themen und komplexen Aufgabestellungen
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Hands-on Mentalität
  • Offener Kommunikationsstil und höfliches und sicheres Auftreten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
