IMD continues to uplift its delivery capability by introducing improved processes and ways of working to strengthen planning, prioritisation, investment management, governance and project delivery across the portfolio.

With a dynamic portfolio of work, IMD requires delivery management capability that can respond to changing business priorities, government initiatives, funding availability and operational requirements. These roles will supplement internal capability, provide specialist delivery expertise and help ensure outcomes are achieved in accordance with agreed objectives, governance arrangements and organisational standards.

Program/project delivery roles will be responsible for:

One or more specialised roles will also be responsible for:

  • Supporting work on DFAT's Digital Investment Plan, including coordinating inputs, tracking priorities and aligning investment planning activities with IMD's delivery pipeline.
  • Supporting the development of new policy proposals for digital investment initiatives, including consultation with business areas to define priorities, requirements and expected benefits.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
