Nous recherchons un Commis de salle pour rejoindre notre équipe et faciliter la collaboration entre notre cuisine et les équipes en salle. Les responsabilités du Commis comprennent la mise en place des tables, le service des commandes et le débarrassage. Si vous souhaitez acquérir de l'expérience dans le secteur de la restauration et apprendre à offrir une excellente expérience culinaire, nous aimerions vous rencontrer. Vous travaillerez en équipe et en horaires décalés. Vous contribuerez à garantir à nos clients un service de haute qualité.

Vos missions :

  • Servir les commandes en faisant la liaison entre la salle et la cuisine
  • Être le relai entre les équipes de la salle et celles du back-office (cuisine, plonge)
  • Assurer la bonne communication des commandes aux chefs en faisant attention aux priorités et aux demandes spécifiques (allergies alimentaires)
  • Aider les chefs de rang à dresser les tables en prenant soin d’avoir le matériel nécessaire (vaisselle, verrerie, etc.)
  • Connaître les menus et la composition des différents plats
  • S’assurer que les plats et aliments sont servis conformément aux normes health & safety
  • Interagir avec les clients, prendre les commandes supplémentaires et s’occuper de servir les boissons au cours du repas
  • Débarrasser les tables / Redresser les tables
  • Répondre aux questions des clients sur les ingrédients et les différents plats du menu
  • Faire remonter les commentaires ou demandes particulières des clients auprès de la hiérarchie
  • S’assurer de la bonne tenue et de la propreté du restaurant à tout instant

Profil :

  • Comprendre les règles en matière d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire
  • Démontrer un intérêt pour la restauration ; une première expérience dans un bar ou restaurant sera un plus mais n’est pas nécessaire
  • Avoir une bonne condition physique pour porter des plateaux
  • Faire preuve d’un esprit d’équipe
  • Être capable de travailler dans un environnement au rythme soutenu
  • Avoir une bonne une présentation en accord avec nos standards
  • Montrer des bonnes compétences relationnelles
  • Avoir un diplôme en hôtellerie-restauration est un plus
