KEITTIÖN VUOROPÄÄLLIKKÖ, Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna, Kouvola.

Vuoropäällikön tehtävä on huolehtia arjen toimivuudesta, jotta työntekijät keittiössä tietävät mitä heiltä odotetaan ja asiakkaat saavat toivomansa maku- ja palvelukokemuksen. Vuoropäällikkö huolehtii myös yhteistyöstä salin ja keittiön välillä osallistuen päivittäisiin, ihan tavallisiin työtehtäviin muun henkilöstön tapaan. Hänen roolissaan korostuvat tiimin ohjaaminen ja esimerkin näyttäminen muulle työryhmälle.

Original Sokos Hotel Vaakunan keittiössä valmistetaan makuelämyksiä hotellivieraille, kokousasiakkaille ja paikallisille herkuttelijoille. Ravintolapalvelut ulottuvat runsaasta hotelliaamiaisesta kokous- ja juhlatarjoiluihin sekä à la carte -annoksiin, joten työpäivät ovat vaihtelevia ja tarjoavat sopivasti vauhtia. Monipuolinen toimintaympäristö antaa mahdollisuuden hyödyntää laajasti omaa ammattitaitoa ja kehittää toimintaa yhdessä osaavan tiimin kanssa.

Vuoropäälliköltä odotamme: 💡 Kokemusta keittiötyöstä sekä alalle soveltuvaa koulutusta. Omaat ainakin useamman vuoden kokemuksen kokin työstä ja tiedät mitä ravintolakeittiössä työskentely vaatii. 💡 Paineensietokykyä ja taitoa priorisoida. Pääsi pysyy kylmänä myös paineen alla ja olet kykenevä tekemään tarvittaessa nopeitakin päätöksiä. 💡 Asiakaspalveluasennetta. Meistä jokainen on asiakasta varten – myös keittiössä. 💡 Hyviä vuorovaikutustaitoja ja tiimityövalmiuksia. Osaat toimia osana tiimiä ja huomioida tiimiläisten erilaiset tarpeet heidän työtään ohjatessasi. 💡 Valmiutta työskennellä kaikissa työvuoroissa aukioloaikojemme mukaisesti. Olet täysi-ikäinen ja puhut hyvää suomea, sillä se on pääasiallinen kieli työyhteisössämme.
