Etsimme tarjoilijoita Bar Edisoniin joulusesonkiin!

Tehtävät ovat määräaikaisia ja osa-aikaisia 15 h / 3vko. Työt sijoittuvat marras-tammikuun välille.

Tarjoilijana Bar Edisonissa työsi on monipuolinen kattaus baarityöskentelyä ja asiakaskohtaamisia. Suosittelet ja myyt asiakkaille aktiivisesti esimerkiksi kertomalla drinkkilistastamme. Otat vastaan tilauksia, tarjoilet sekä huolehdit ravintolan järjestyksestä ja siisteydestä. Luot yhdessä tiimin kanssa tunnelmaa, joka saa asiakkaat viihtymään. Työ painottuu viikonloppuiltoihin ja yövuoroihin, mutta tehtävässä edellytetään valmiutta työskennellä vaihtelevissa vuoroissa arkisin ja viikonloppuisin kello 16.00–04.00 välillä. Huomioithan, että joulusesongin aikaan työvuorot voivat sijoittua myös aattoihin ja pyhäpäiviin, esimerkiksi jouluun ja uuteen vuoteen.

Olet etsimämme tarjoilija, jos sinulla on positiivinen, myynnillinen sekä asiakaslähtöinen työskentelyote ja nautit ihmisten kohtaamisesta. Tartut oma-aloitteisesti erilaisiin työtehtäviin ja pidät huolen, että hommat rullaavat sujuvasti myös kiireen keskellä. Haluat olla mukana luomassa onnistunutta asiakaskokemusta ja nautit työskentelystä osana tiimiä. Lisäksi sinulle sopii fyysinen vuorotyö, jossa työskentelet vaihtelevissa vuoroissa ja kohtaat useita ihmisiä päivässä. Arvostamme tuotetuntemusta ja aiempaa kokemusta ravintola- tai baarityöstä, mutta ennen kaikkea aitoa halua kohdata asiakkaat ja tehdä tavallinen työ poikkeuksellisen hyvin. Tässä tehtävässä edellytämme sinulta anniskelu- ja hygieniapassia.

Tarjoilijan palkka perustuu Matkailu-, ravintola- ja vapaa-ajan palveluita koskevaan työehtosopimukseen. Tuntipalkka on kokemusvuosista riippuen 13,70 - 15,04 €/h. Vuorotyössä lisät tuovat mukavaa lisää peruspalkan päälle. Lisäksi sinulla on mahdollisuus kannustepalkkioon, joka voi olla jopa 1,20 € per tehty työtunti.
