Mit aktuell 64 Mitarbeitern planen, verkaufen und installieren wir ganzheitliche Energielösungen für Einfamilienhäuser – darunter Photovoltaikanlagen, Wärmepumpen, Stromspeicher, Wallboxen und komplette Elektroinstallationen. Unsere Stärke liegt in modernsten digitalen Prozessen, schneller Umsetzung und hoher technischer Qualität. Als zertifizierter Elektromeisterbetrieb stehen wir für zuverlässige, fachgerechte und sichere Installationen. Wir arbeiten regional, kundenorientiert und im engen Austausch mit führenden Herstellern.

Unser Ziel ist es, für unsere Kunden nachhaltige und wirtschaftliche Energiekonzepte zu schaffen und die Energiewende in Magdeburg aktiv voranzubringen.

Wir suchen einen Elektromeister (m/w/d), der gemeinsam mit uns die Energiewende voranbringt. Bei uns dreht sich alles um moderne Energietechnik: Photovoltaikanlagen, Batteriespeicher, Wärmepumpen und Klimaanlagen.

Du übernimmst Verantwortung, bringst deine Erfahrung ein und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Projekte technisch sauber, sicher und erfolgreich umgesetzt werden.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

  • Technische und organisatorische Leitung unserer AC-Projekte
  • Planung und Koordination der elektrischen AC-seitigen Umsetzung von PV-Anlagen
  • Koordination von Zählerschränken, Unterverteilungen, Netzanschlüssen und Trafostationen
  • Abstimmung mit Netzbetreibern und Energieversorgern
  • Prüfung und Begleitung von Netzanschlussanfragen und technischen Anschlussbedingungen
  • Koordination unserer Elektro-Monteure und Nachunternehmer
  • Steuerung der Baustellenabläufe und Überwachung von Terminen
  • Technische Klärung von Problemen auf der Baustelle
  • Prüfung der Ausführungsqualität und Einhaltung technischer Vorschriften
  • Kontrolle von Material, Leistungen und Nachträgen
  • Dokumentation und technische Abnahme der Projekte
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Planern, Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und wirtschaftlichen Projektabwicklung

  • Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Projektleitung oder Bauleitung im Bereich Elektrotechnik
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich AC, Netzanschluss und Niederspannungs-/Mittelspannungstechnik
  • Erfahrung mit Photovoltaikanlagen ist von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Unterlagen, Schaltplänen und Dokumentationen
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein souveränes Auftreten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Bereitschaft, Baustellen und Projekte vor Ort zu betreuen
