Mit aktuell 64 Mitarbeitern planen, verkaufen und installieren wir ganzheitliche Energielösungen für Einfamilienhäuser – darunter Photovoltaikanlagen, Wärmepumpen, Stromspeicher, Wallboxen und komplette Elektroinstallationen. Unsere Stärke liegt in modernsten digitalen Prozessen, schneller Umsetzung und hoher technischer Qualität. Als zertifizierter Elektromeisterbetrieb stehen wir für zuverlässige, fachgerechte und sichere Installationen. Wir arbeiten regional, kundenorientiert und im engen Austausch mit führenden Herstellern.

Unser Ziel ist es, für unsere Kunden nachhaltige und wirtschaftliche Energiekonzepte zu schaffen und die Energiewende in Magdeburg aktiv voranzubringen.

Damit unsere Projekte technisch auf höchstem Niveau umgesetzt werden, suchen wir einen Projektleiter, der für das gesamte Gewerk Elektrotechnik den Überblick behält, Verantwortung übernimmt und dafür sorgt, dass aus Planung zuverlässige Realität wird.

Von der Photovoltaikanlage über den Batteriespeicher und die Wallbox bis hin zur elektrischen Anbindung der Wärmepumpe – du bist die zentrale technische Instanz für alles, was Strom betrifft.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

  • Verantwortung für das Gewerk Elektrotechnik innerhalb unserer Projekte
  • Technische Prüfung und Bewertung neuer Projekte
  • Planung, Auslegung und Koordination der elektrotechnischen Anlagen
  • Elektrotechnische Planung von Photovoltaikanlagen und Batteriespeichern
  • Planung und Koordination der elektrischen Anbindung von Wärmepumpen
  • Planung von Wallboxen und weiteren elektrischen Verbrauchern
  • Auslegung und Koordination von Wechselrichtern, Batteriespeichern, Zählerschränken und Schutzkomponenten
  • Planung der AC- und DC-seitigen Elektroinstallation
  • Prüfung und Erstellung von Schalt- und Stromlaufplänen
  • Koordination unserer Elektriker
  • Technische Abstimmung mit Netzbetreibern und Energieversorgern
  • Koordination von Netzanschlüssen und Zählerwechseln
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Inbetriebnahmen
  • Prüfung der fachgerechten und normgerechten Ausführung
  • Unterstützung der Elektriker bei technischen Fragestellungen
  • Fehleranalyse und technische Problemlösung
  • Kontrolle von Mess-, Prüf- und Anlagendokumentationen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von VDE-, DIN- und TAB-Vorgaben
  • Technische Abnahme des elektrotechnischen Leistungsumfangs
  • Enge Abstimmung mit den Projektleitern der Gewerke Wärmepumpe/SHK, Montage und Projektkoordination
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer elektrotechnischen Standards, Abläufe und Qualitätsanforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik
  • Idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Elektrotechnikermeister (m/w/d) oder staatlich geprüften Elektrotechniker (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Elektrotechnik
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Photovoltaik und Wärmepumpen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der relevanten VDE-, DIN- und TAB-Vorschriften
  • Erfahrung mit PV-Anlagen, Wechselrichtern und Batteriespeichern
  • Kenntnisse in der elektrischen Anbindung von Wärmepumpen von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Projektkoordination wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Unterlagen und Schaltplänen
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Qualitätsanspruch
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Gewerken
  • Führerschein Klasse B
