Mit aktuell 64 Mitarbeitern planen, verkaufen und installieren wir ganzheitliche Energielösungen für Einfamilienhäuser – darunter Photovoltaikanlagen, Wärmepumpen, Stromspeicher, Wallboxen und komplette Elektroinstallationen. Unsere Stärke liegt in modernsten digitalen Prozessen, schneller Umsetzung und hoher technischer Qualität. Als zertifizierter Elektromeisterbetrieb stehen wir für zuverlässige, fachgerechte und sichere Installationen. Wir arbeiten regional, kundenorientiert und im engen Austausch mit führenden Herstellern.

Unser Ziel ist es, für unsere Kunden nachhaltige und wirtschaftliche Energiekonzepte zu schaffen und die Energiewende in Magdeburg aktiv voranzubringen.

Du verantwortest unsere Klimatisierungsprojekte von der technischen Bestandsaufnahme und dem Aufmaß vor Ort über die Planung und Auslegung bis hin zur Koordination der Montage und erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

  • Aufmaß und Bestandsaufnahme: Aufnahme der baulichen und technischen Gegebenheiten vor Ort als Grundlage für die weitere Planung.
  • Technische Planung: Auslegung und Dimensionierung von Klimaanlagen und Kälteanlagen entsprechend den Anforderungen des jeweiligen Projekts.
  • Kühllastberechnung: Ermittlung des Kühlbedarfs unter Berücksichtigung der Gebäudestruktur, Nutzung und thermischen Belastung.
  • Angebotserstellung: Erarbeitung technischer Lösungen sowie Unterstützung bei Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung.
  • Projektsteuerung: Planung, Koordination und Überwachung der Projekte hinsichtlich Terminen, Kosten und Qualität.
  • Montagekoordination: Steuerung unserer Montageteams und Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern und anderen Gewerken.
  • Materialplanung: Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen Verfügbarkeit aller benötigten Komponenten und Materialien.
  • Kundenbetreuung: Technische Beratung und Abstimmung mit Kunden vom ersten Aufmaß bis zur Fertigstellung.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Überwachung der fachgerechten Installation sowie Koordination der Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe.
  • Dokumentation: Erstellung und Pflege technischer Unterlagen, Aufmaßprotokolle und Projektdokumentationen.

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Kälte-, Klima- oder Lüftungstechnik, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker.
  • Erfahrung in der Projektleitung oder technischen Planung von Klimaanlagen.
  • Kenntnisse in der Kühllastberechnung, Anlagenauslegung und technischen Gebäudeausrüstung.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, Aufmaß und Planungsunterlagen.
  • Organisationstalent, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Montageteams.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Softewareanwendungen.
  • Führerschein Klasse B.
