Over de rol Als DevOps engineer bij Solcon overbrug je de kloof tussen softwareontwikkeling (Dev) en IT operations (Ops). Jouw doel? Onze software sneller, veiliger en efficiënter naar productie brengen. Je automatiseert CI/CD-pipelines, monitort onze platformen en optimaliseert de stabiliteit. Dankzij jouw focus op automatisering en samenwerking verhoog je de productiviteit van het hele team. Je draagt direct bij aan het bouwen en beheren van betrouwbare, schaalbare platformen.

Wat maakt voor ons een goede DevOps engineer? Je hebt een sterke focus op automatisering en continue verbetering. Je bent kwaliteitsgericht, bezit een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en durft kritisch te kijken naar bestaande processen. Daarnaast ben je communicatief vaardig, proactief en in staat om goed in teamverband te werken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • CI/CD Pipelines: Je ontwerpt, bouwt en onderhoudt pipelines voor continue integratie en levering.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Je monitort proactief de systeemperformance en lost incidenten snel op.
  • Samenwerking: Je doorbreekt silo's en fungeert als de onmisbare schakel tussen developers en IT-beheer.
  • DevSecOps: Je automatiseert processen die kwetsbaarheden in de software vroegtijdig detecteren en oplossen.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Minimaal 4 jaar relevante werkervaring in een DevOps-, SysOps- of Software Engineering-rol;
  • Diepgaande kennis van Linux, Ansible;
  • Ruime ervaring met Gitlab / Gitlab CI;
  • Ervaring met container-ecosystemen zoals Docker en Kubernetes;
  • Bekendheid met databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) en webservers (Apache, Nginx, Traefik);
  • Ervaring met scripting en coderen zoals PHP, Python, Bash;
  • Ervaring met versiebeheer systemen zoals GitLab;
  • Kennis van patch- en vulnerability management (bijv. CycloneDX, Dependency-Track);
  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding (bij voorkeur richting IT/Informatica);
  • Kwaliteitsgericht, een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en kritisch;
  • Kennis van Scrum, Prince2 of ITIL is een pre.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een fulltime bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.174 en € 4.537.
  • Hybride werken, met een richtlijn van 60% op kantoor en 40% vanuit huis.
  • Beschikbaarheid van minimaal 32 uur per week.
  • 26 vakantiedagen o.b.v. 40 uur.
  • Vrij op Goede Vrijdag.
  • Zakelijke reizen met OV wordt volledig vergoed.
  • € 0,23 netto per kilometer aan reiskostenvergoeding.
