Posição: Técnico(a) de Segurança do Trabalho

Principais atividades

  • Elaborar, revisar e implementar normas e procedimentos de segurança em atendimento a legislações aplicáveis;
  • Realizar liberações de trabalho seguro, principalmente em trabalho a quente, abertura de linhas, Sistema LOTO, espaço confinado, trabalho em altura;
  • Ministrar/promover treinamentos de segurança conforme NRs 05 / 06 / 11 / 20 / 23 / 33 e 35;
  • Acompanhar e inspecionar áreas, execução de atividades e equipamentos, identificando melhorias necessárias para possibilitar atuação preventiva;
  • Acompanhar auditorias corporativas/externas de Segurança do Trabalho, dando suporte na definição de planos de ação para corrigir desvios e pontos de melhorias identificados;
  • Coordenar a distribuição de EPIs: identificação de EPIs adequados, testes e aprovação, monitoramento de fornecimento e uso correto de acordo com a legislação;
  • Gerenciar os laudos e programas ambientais de saúde e segurança do trabalho (PGR, PCMSO, PPR, PCA, PPP, LTCAT, PGR, AET e outros);
  • Manter a base de dados do e-social atualizada e fazer o envio mensal das informações pertinentes a saúde e segurança do trabalho;
  • Analisar os requisitos legais aplicáveis e manter o banco de dados atualizado;
  • Manter o Plano de Resposta a Emergência atualizado, mantendo treinamentos necessários, simulados e requerimentos legais;
  • Participar e dar suporte no processo de investigações de incidentes para evitar a recorrência;
  • Acompanhar as ações provenientes de identificação de perigos, investigações, auditorias e inspeções;
  • Seguir a Política e Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente da Solenis.

Requisitos

  • Formação como Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho com Registro no Ministério do Trabalho;
  • Ser Bombeiro(a) Civil será um diferencial.

Habilidade(s)

  • Proficiência em ministrar treinamentos normativos;
  • Organização, responsabilidade, trabalho em equipe e vontade de aprender.
