  • Je maakt deel uit van een team dat instaat voor de operationele eerstelijnsondersteuning en de basisopleiding van honderden gebruikers.
  • Je verzorgt de installatie en configuratie van pc’s, bepaalde netwerkelementen en bedrijfssoftware.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt (telefonisch en via e-mail) voor incidenten en aanvragen van eindgebruikers, die je registreert in een onlineticketsysteem (Jira) om ze eenvoudig te kunnen opvolgen en traceren tot hun volledige afhandeling, in nauwe samenwerking met de tweedelijnsteams.
  • Je neemt deel aan verschillende IT-projecten binnen het departement, in nauwe samenwerking met jouw verantwoordelijke en de andere IT-teams.
  • Daarnaast werk je mee aan het opstellen van documentatie die verband houdt met jouw functie en verleen je ook administratieve ondersteuning aan de IT-dienst.

Profiel:

  • Diploma hoger secundair onderwijs, met focus op IT (of gelijkwaardige aanvullende opleiding);
  • Ervaring met installatie, configuratie en probleemoplossing in een Linux- en Windows-omgeving:
  • Basiskennis van netwerktechnologieën (LAN, WAN, DNS, enz.) en protocollen (TCP/IP …);
  • Opstellen van technische en operationele documentatie, procedures en richtlijnen voor helpdeskcollega’s en eindgebruikers;
  • Gedisciplineerd, ernstig en flexibel;
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.

Pluspunten:

  • Ervaring met Microsoft Office-producten (O365, inclusief Teams en SharePoint), VoIP-telefonie en Jira;
  • Goede kennis van kantoortoepassingen (Office-suite / LibreOffice);
  • Kennis van SCCM.

Vaardigheden:

  • Goede stressbestendigheid;
  • Snel integratievermogen, teamgeest en bereidheid tot kennisdeling;
  • Resultaat- en klantgericht (intern/extern);
  • Zich actief op de hoogte houden van de evolutie van gebruikte technologieën;
  • Analytisch ingesteld en kritisch;
  • Goede teamgeest en ook in staat om zelfstandig te werken;
  • Flexibel, proactief en georganiseerd, met het vermogen om meerdere taken gelijktijdig te beheren met oog voor prioriteiten;
  • Goede kennis van technisch Engels;
  • Goede gesproken en schriftelijke kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans (in staat om zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in het Nederlands en Frans te communiceren).
