Jouw rol binnen Pipelife

In Enkhuizen produceert SoluForce op eigen extrusielijnen Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe (RTP): hoogwaardige, vezelversterkte composietbuizen voor het transport van olie, gas en waterstof onder hoge druk en temperatuur. Zowel de buis als het productieproces is door ons zelf ontwikkeld. Wat je hier doet, doe je dus nergens anders.

Voor deze fabriek zoeken wij een Hoofdmonteur Elektro: dé elektrotechnische specialist die zorgt dat onze RTP-lijnen en installaties optimaal presteren. Jij neemt het voortouw, denkt vooruit, organiseert en komt met oplossingen. Of het nu gaat om onderhoud, een reparatie of een verbeteringsproject: jij weet hoe je het aanpakt.

Van gloednieuw tot 25 jaar oud: geen dag is hetzelfde Ons machinepark varieert van gloednieuw tot zo’n 25 jaar oud, en alles daartussenin. Je werkt daardoor met verschillende generaties Siemens-PLC’s, communicatieprotocollen zoals Profibus en Profinet, en met servotechniek van Lenze. Die variatie maakt het werk afwisselend: het ene moment werk je met de nieuwste techniek, het andere moment duik je in een installatie die al jaren trouw haar werk doet.

En het blijft niet bij fijne elektronica. In de extrusie heb je ook te maken met grote elektrische vermogens, zware elektromotoren en uitgebreide verwarmings- en koelprocessen. Technisch wordt het dus nooit saai.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Onderhoud: Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit aan de RTP-lijnen en randapparatuur, coördineert dit en lost storingen op wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Installeren en aanpassen: Je legt leidingen en bedrading aan, installeert PLC’s en schakelkasten en past bedradingsschema’s en installatietekeningen aan waar nodig.
  • Verbeteren en innoveren: Je voert technische verbeteringen door aan de productielijnen en komt zelf met verbetervoorstellen en nieuwe ideeën.
  • Projecten: Je neemt het voortouw bij elektrotechnische projecten in de fabriek, van ombouw tot nieuwbouw.
  • Samenwerken: Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s binnen de fabriek en stemt werkzaamheden af met externe partijen.
  • Rapporteren: Je legt je werkzaamheden digitaal vast in ons onderhoudssysteem

Wat jij in huis hebt

  • Een afgeronde elektrotechnische opleiding op minimaal mbo 4-niveau.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie in een industriële omgeving.
  • Kennis van PLC-besturingen en elektromechanische aandrijfsystemen, ervaring met Siemens-PLC’s, Profibus/Profinet en servoaandrijvingen is een pré.
  • Ervaring met werktuigbouwkundige installaties en onderhoudssystemen.
  • Een nieuwsgierige, proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding: je wilt weten hoe een installatie écht werkt. En sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, in het Nederlands en het Engels.
