Jouw rol binnen SoluForce

Als controller bewaak jij de financiële bedrijfsvoering van SoluForce: een allround controlling functie waarin jij te maken krijgt met alle aspecten van de SoluForce business en waarin je de spil in het geheel bent op het gebied van controlling. Je bent de aangewezen persoon voor het management en andere stakeholders met betrekking tot financiële vragen. Je rapporteert direct aan de directie.

Jij draagt de verantwoordelijkheid om de gehele balans en P&L kloppend en inzichtelijk te krijgen. Met jouw ondernemende mentaliteit krijg je de onderste steen boven. Jij bent zelf volledig in control, bent creatief en gaat er zelf op uit om zo alle informatie en het verhaal achter de cijfers te achterhalen en met elkaar te verbinden. Jij bent analytisch en ontdekt graag het verhaal achter de cijfers. Om dit te achterhalen ga jij vol enthousiasme in gesprek met verschillende stakeholders. Daarnaast weten ook je collega’s je te vinden om je in te zetten als vraagbaak over de cijfers, rapportages of KPI’s.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Coördineren van de maand- en jaarafsluiting en zorgen voor volledige, onderbouwde balansdossiers
  • Opstellen van verschillende (financiële) management rapportages en periodieke overzichten
  • Analyse van resultaten en deze bespreken met de desbetreffende lijnmanagers en directie
  • Voor- en nacalculaties van de productie cijfers en kostprijzen
  • Opstellen van forecasts en het jaarlijkse budget
  • Verschaffen van inzicht in de voorraden
  • Ondersteunen bij project calculaties en ad hoc vraagstukken
  • Organiseren van acties op basis van een KPI dashboard
  • Coördineren van het opstellen van de jaarrekening en begeleiden van de accountantscontrole, inclusief de voorbereiding van onderliggende dossiers
  • Fungeren als sparringpartner voor de productielocatie en proactief verbetermogelijkheden signaleren en voorstellen doen ter optimalisatie

Wat jij in huis hebt

  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in een financiële of bedrijfseconomische richting
  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een controlling rol of een achtergrond in de accountancy
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om cijfers te vertalen naar heldere inzichten en adviezen
  • Een kritische, nieuwsgierige blik en de drive om proactief processen continu te verbeteren
  • In staat zijn analyses te vertalen naar betrouwbare forecasts en budgetten.
  • Uitstekende kennis van Excel. Ervaring met SAP is een pre
  • Uitstekende communicatie op verschillende niveaus en beheerst zowel Nederlands als Engels goed
