Physiothérapeute – Soins à domicile à Baie-Comeau | Côte-Nord

Description du poste

Services SFT recherche activement un(e) Physiothérapeute autonome et passionné(e) pour combler un mandat temporaire à temps complet au sein de l'équipe des soins à domicile de Baie-Comeau (territoire de la Manicouagan, Côte-Nord).

Ce mandat de proximité vous permettra d'évaluer et de traiter les usagers directement dans leur milieu de vie afin de maximiser leur autonomie, tout en bénéficiant des excellentes conditions financières de la grille des régions éloignées.

Détails du mandat :

  • Période : Du 19 octobre 2026 au 31 mars 2027 (sans possibilité de prolongation)
  • Horaire : Quarts de JOUR
  • Fin de semaine : Au besoin, selon les nécessités du service
  • Orientation : Prévoir un bloc de 3 jours d'orientation en début de mandat

Responsabilités

Au cœur du programme de soutien à l'autonomie des personnes âgées (SAPA) ou de la déficience physique, vos principales fonctions seront :

  • Évaluer l'état de santé, les capacités fonctionnelles et le système musculosquelettique ou neurologique des usagers à leur domicile.
  • Poser le diagnostic de physiothérapie et établir un plan de traitement personnalisé adapté aux objectifs du patient.
  • Réaliser des interventions de thérapie manuelle, prescrire des exercices de réadaptation et effectuer le suivi de l'évolution clinique.
  • Recommander et ajuster les aides techniques nécessaires pour sécuriser les déplacements et prévenir les chutes à domicile.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire pivot (infirmiers, ergothérapeutes, travailleurs sociaux) et soutenir les proches aidants.

Exigences

Pour soumettre votre dossier de candidature, vous devez fournir les documents démontrant les critères suivants :

  • Être membre en règle de l'OPPQ (Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec).
  • Détenir un diplôme universitaire de maîtrise en physiothérapie (ou équivalence officielle).
  • Permis de conduire valide requis pour effectuer l'ensemble des visites à domicile sur le territoire de la Manicouagan.
