L'agence Services SFT lance une relance prioritaire pour un mandat de choix dans le secteur de la Manicouagan. Nous recherchons activement un(e) Physiothérapeute disponible immédiatement pour rejoindre l'équipe des Soins à domicile de Baie-Comeau.

Il s'agit d'une demande de type « journée même ou lendemain », idéale pour un(e) professionnel(le) qui valorise l'autonomie clinique, le contact humain direct et le suivi personnalisé des patients dans leur milieu de vie.

  • Installation principale : Soins à domicile de Baie-Comeau
  • Territoire : Manicouagan
  • Date de début : Immédiate (Besoin débuté le 19 octobre 2026)
  • Fin prévue : 31 mars 2027 (Sans possibilité de prolongation)
  • Quart de travail : Jour
  • Horaire : En semaine, avec couverture de fin de semaine au besoin
  • Orientation : 3 jours d'orientation prévus à l'horaire (entièrement aux frais de l'agence)

Vos responsabilités

  • Procéder à l'évaluation des capacités fonctionnelles des patients directement à leur domicile.
  • Établir, appliquer et ajuster les plans de traitement en physiothérapie afin de favoriser le maintien de l'autonomie.
  • Conseiller et soutenir les proches aidants dans le processus de réadaptation.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire du CLSC pour optimiser la sécurité et le bien-être des bénéficiaires.

Exigences du poste

  • Membre en règle de l'OPPQ (Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec).
  • Diplôme universitaire en physiothérapie (ou équivalence reconnue).
  • Véhicule personnel et permis de conduire valide requis pour les déplacements au domicile des patients.
  • Sens de l'organisation, grande autonomie clinique et empathie.
