  • Lead Key Initiatives: Own high-priority projects that require cross-functional coordination and drive them from conception through execution.
  • Process Improvement: Identify organizational inefficiencies and implement strategies to optimize workflows and improve operational performance.
  • Monitor Progress: Track project progress, ensure milestones are met, and update the CEO and C-level executives on major initiatives.

4. Strategic Planning & Organizational Alignment:

  • Support Strategic Decision-Making: Provide data, insights, and reports to help the CEO and C-level executives make informed, high-level decisions.
  • OKRs & KPIs: Help develop and track organizational OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs to ensure that the team is aligned with overall strategic goals.
  • Organizational Development: Help scale the organization by refining structures, processes, and talent development strategies.

5. Communication & Stakeholder Management:

  • Internal Communication: Act as a communication bridge between leadership and the broader team, ensuring that organizational priorities, strategies, and updates are clearly communicated.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
