Buscamos um(a) Analista de Plataforma e Integração de Marketplace para atuar na conexão entre as áreas de negócio, plataformas de Marketplace e tempos de Tecnologia.

A posição combina conhecimento profundo dos processos de Marketplace com uma visão técnica de plataformas, arquitetura de APIs e integrações.

O profissional será responsável por compreender os processos de negócio de ponta a ponta, traduzir necessidades em requisitos técnicos e trabalhar em conjunto com Arquitetura, Desenvolvimento, fornecedores e parceiros na evolução das soluções que suportam nossa operação digital.

Buscamos um profissional capaz de entender como plataformas e sistemas se conectam, analisar integrações, identificar problemas e participar ativamente do desenho de novas soluções.

Principais responsabilidades

• Atuar como ponte entre Marketplace, E-commerce, Operações e Tecnologia, modificando necessidades de negócio em requisitos funcionais e técnicos.

• Compreender os processos de Marketplace de ponta a ponta, incluindo catálogo, preços, estoque, pedidos, descontos, logística, cancelamentos, atrasos, atendimento e conciliação financeira.

• Atuar no desenho e evolução das integrações entre Marketplaces, hubs, ERPs e demais plataformas digitais.

• Analisar documentação técnica e trabalhar com APIs REST, endpoints, autenticação, tokens, webhooks e notificações.

• Analisar payloads JSON, requisições, respostas, logs e erros, utilizando ferramentas como Postman para testes e solução de problemas.

• Mapear fluxos de integração, sistemas, dados, regras de negócio, dependências e pontos de falha.

• Participar do desenho de soluções junto às equipes de Arquitetura e Desenvolvimento.

• Planejar e executar testes funcionais, testes integrados e homologações.

• Acompanhar incidentes e mudanças nas APIs dos Marketplaces, avaliando impactos e oportunidades para a operação.

• identificar oportunidades de automação, integração e melhoria contínua dos processos.

Conhecimentos essenciais

• Experiência relevante com operações, plataformas ou projetos de Marketplace.

• Conhecimento profundo dos processos e da jornada de Marketplace.

• Forte conhecimento do ecossistema Mercado Livre / Mercado Livre.

• Conhecimento de arquitetura de integração, APIs REST, métodos HTTP, autenticação, webhooks e JSON.

• Capacidade de interpretar documentação técnica de APIs e realizar testes utilizando Postman ou ferramentas similares.

• Capacidade de resolução de problemas e análise de problemas envolvendo múltiplos sistemas.

• Capacidade de transformar necessidades de negócio em requisitos funcionais e técnicos.

• Boa comunicação para interação com áreas de negócio, Arquitetura, Desenvolvimento e Fornecedores.

Formação

• Ensino superior completo.

Diferenciais

• Experiência prática com APIs do Mercado Livre / Mercado Livre.

• Experiência com hubs e plataformas de Marketplace, como ANYMARKET ou similares.

• Conhecimento de plataformas como Predize, Koncili ou soluções equivalentes.

• Experiência com integração entre Marketplace, ERP, OMS, hubs e plataformas logísticas.

• Conhecimentos de SQL, logs, monitoramento e observabilidade de integrações.

• Experiência com operações de Marketplace na América Latina.

• Espanhol e/ou inglês.
