The Team You're Joining

  • The Operations, IT unit is responsible for the stable operation of SFOC's company-wide IT infrastructure, device management, information security, and collaboration environment.
  • We support 150+ employees in a Microsoft 365 based work environment, and are committed to improving IT service quality and driving digital transformation in line with the organization's rapid growth.

How You'll Contribute

  • Company-wide IT operations and service management/improvement
  • Account, access permission, and license management
  • Information security operations and security framework improvement
  • Establishment and improvement of IT operations policies and processes
  • Support for other IT-related projects

Who We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations, systems administration, or a related field
  • Experience operating and troubleshooting Windows and macOS-based enterprise IT environments
  • Practical experience with and understanding of the Microsoft 365 environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and resolve IT issues and projects
  • Ability to collaborate smoothly with diverse stakeholders and drive assigned tasks to completion with a strong sense of ownership
  • Korean: Native-level proficiency; English: Able to read work-related documents and communicate at a basic level for business purposes

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), or other MDM/IAM tools
  • Experience operating IT systems using ITSM tools (Jira, Freshservice, etc.)
  • Experience in information security and access control-related work
  • Experience with IT system implementation or operational process improvement projects
  • Experience managing collaboration with IT outsourcing partners or external vendors
  • Understanding of or interest in the IT environment of nonprofit/public interest organizations
