Werde Teil unseres Teams als Finanzbuchhalter / Bilanzbuchhalter in Nürnberg (m/w/d) und unterstütze uns dabei, die Welt der Telekommunikation und Energy mitzugestalten!

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Rechnungserfassung: Du übernimmst die direkte Buchung von Rechnungen und sorgst so für eine lückenlose Dokumentation unserer Geschäftsvorgänge.
  • Kaufmännische Rechnungsprüfung: Du prüfst Rechnungen auf Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit und sorgst für eine ordnungsgemäße Weiterbearbeitung.
  • Kreditoren- und Debitorenabstimmung: Du bist verantwortlich für die Abstimmung von offenen Posten und sorgst für die Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten.
  • Zahlungsverkehr: Du kümmerst dich um die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Zahlungen und stellst sicher, dass alle Zahlungen fristgerecht abgewickelt werden.
  • Tagesgeschäft: Du übernimmst das Tagesgeschäft, wie die Erstellung von Zahlungsavisen und die Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern.
  • Steuerkonten: Du bist für die Buchung und Betreuung der Steuerkonten verantwortlich und arbeitest dabei eng mit unserem Steuerberater zusammen.
  • Umsatzsteuer: Du erstellst fristgerecht die Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und stehst als kompetenter Ansprechpartnerin für umsatzsteuerliche Fragestellungen zur Verfügung.

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachgehilfen oder Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Bearbeitung von Rechnungen, Zahlungen und Abstimmungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungssoftware und MS Office
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
