Wir suchen Servicetechniker Telekommunikation / Glasfaser / Breitband (m/w/d) - Außendienst

Wir qualifizieren Dich in nur 6 Wochen zum Servicetechniker (m/w/d) für den Ausbau und die Instandhaltung moderner Telekommunikationsnetze. Auch ohne Vorerfahrung in der Branche hast Du bei uns die Chance auf einen erfolgreichen Einstieg.

Nach Deiner Ausbildung startest Du direkt in den Außendienst – mit eigenem Firmenfahrzeug, moderner Ausstattung und persönlicher Begleitung durch erfahrene Kollegen.

  • 6-wöchige praxisnahe Ausbildung
  • Begleitung durch erfahrene Kollegen im Patenschaftsmodell
  • Direkter Einstieg in den technischen Außendienst
  • Schrittweise Übernahme eigener Aufträge

Deine Aufgaben

  • Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Netzwerkinfrastrukturen
  • Arbeiten an Glasfasernetzen, Koaxialnetzen und optischen Kabelsystemen
  • Montage und Einrichtung von Verstärkeranlagen
  • Störungssuche, Fehleranalyse und technische Entstörung
  • Prüfung der Umsetzbarkeit von Installationen vor Ort
  • Durchführung der Arbeiten nach definierten Qualitätsstandards
  • Digitale Dokumentation der Einsätze per App

Das bringst Du mit

  • Interesse an Technik und die Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen
  • Motivation für einen Job im Außendienst
  • Quereinsteiger sind ausdrücklich willkommen
  • Technische Vorkenntnisse sind hilfreich, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC und Tablet
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
  • Führerschein Klasse B, idealerweise BE
