Description du poste

Rattaché au Superviseur de Production, votre mission principale est l’assemblage de produits conformément au plan et aux procédures de production.

Vous êtes intégré dans une équipe de production d’environ 25 personnes et vos missions principales sont réparties de la façon suivante :

  • Assembler le produits finis ou sous-ensemble en suivant les standards associés
  • Respecter les normes de qualité, couts délais de production
  • Réaliser les enregistrements de production : qualité, performance…
  • Assurer la maintenance préventive de niveau 1 sur les équipements

Le tout en veillant et participant à la sécurité dans son secteur.

Ce poste bénéficie d'une importante polyvalence, vous aurez l'occasion de travailler sur différents types de machines, mais également de changer d'unité de production vous donnant ainsi l'occasion de manipuler différents produits.

Qualifications

Les compétences essentielles requises à ce poste sont :

  • Vous avez une première expérience réussie dans un univers industriel similaire en tant qu’opérateur de production et une connaissance des procédés d'assemblage
  • Vous avez le sens de l’organisation, vous savez gérer les priorités, vous êtes rigoureux, résistant à la pression et savez être force de proposition.
  • Vous êtes curieux et vous avez envie d’apprendre. Vous aimez travailler en équipe.
  • Communication fluide à l'écrit comme à l'oral
