About Somnio
Somnio is a software company born in Uruguay, recognized by Google as one of the top 10 Flutter companies in the world, and now on its way to becoming AI-first. We work remotely from different countries across Latin America, driven by one belief: dream big and build as a team.

- Lead the team day to day: plan the work, unblock people and review code.
- Stay hands-on in the code.
- Be the technical point of contact for the client: estimate, raise risks and propose solutions.
- Set and keep quality standards: testing, code reviews, CI/CD and documentation.
- Mentor engineers and help them grow.
- Bring AI into the team’s workflow to deliver faster and with better quality.
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years of experience in software development, and 3+ leading technical teams.

- Experience as the technical counterpart of a client or stakeholders.
- Clear communication, both with the team and with the client.
Nice to have
- Experience with both mobile and web.
- Cloud experience (AWS, GCP or Azure).
- Experience in a software factory or consultancy.
- Experience building products with LLMs or AI features.
How we work
We’re 100% remote. Our projects are global and involve direct contact with clients, which is why we look for an English level of B2 or higher, and some clients require C1 as a minimum. We work on a contractor basis.
This is a flexible project opportunity, with models from 20 to 40 hours a week.
