L’entreprise :

Renovadmin, société du groupe Sonergia, a pour mission d’accompagner les partenaires professionnels dans le montage des dossiers de primes de rénovation énergétique, dans le respect des règles de conformité et de lutte contre la fraude qui encadrent les dispositifs.

Le poste :

Au sein de la Business Line Services et Financement, votre mission principale est d’accompagner les partenaires et de prévenir et résoudre les causes d’insatisfaction.

Vos principales missions sont :

  • Réaliser l’onboarding des prospects souscrivant aux offres commerciales, des contrôles anti-fraude jusqu’à la formation initiale et continue
  • Identifier et comprendre chez chaque client partenaire les points de blocage, de non-conformité, d’incomplétude, d’inefficience
  • Suivre proactivement chaque client et mettre en place des solutions adaptées afin d’améliorer leur expérience et l’efficacité du service
  • Gérer les leads entrants dans notre CRM via des appels sortants et mener des campagnes pour la réactivation de clients ou l’accompagnement sur des actions spécifiques
  • Offrir un accompagnement de proximité pour garantir l’engagement et la rétention des clients
  • Gérer les appels entrants, notamment les réclamations, en apportant une réponse claire, professionnelle et efficace

Le profil :

Diplomé(e) d’un Bac+2 dans le domaine de la relation clients, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 3 ans minimum dans le domaine de la relation client et du commerce.

Pédagogue, vous possédez une excellente capacité d'écoute et de communication.

Proactif(ve) et orienté(e) solutions, vous avez à coeur d'honorer la qualité de la promesse client. Vous êtes à l'aise pour gérer toutes les situations clients (réclamations comprises).

Vous avez idéalement une connaissance du dispositif des CEE.
