The posting

Implantée à Marseille depuis 2009, SONERGIA s’est fixée pour objectif de rendre les économies d’énergie possibles. Notre rôle est de conseiller les consommateurs d’énergie (ménages, entreprises, agriculteurs, collectivités etc.) et de participer au financement de leurs travaux de rénovation énergétique, dans le respect des règles de conformité et de lutte contre la fraude qui encadrent les dispositifs.

Mission

Au sein de la Business Line Services et Financement, votre mission principale est de garantir la conformité des travaux et générer des dossiers conformes.

Vos principales missions sont :

  • Monter les dossiers et assurer la satisfaction client dans le cadre de la conformité
  • Notifier/relancer les clients pour obtenir les pièces satisfaisantes à la conformité du dossier (mail et téléphone)
  • Traiter les démarches administratives permettant le montage des dossiers
  • Valider la conformité des travaux et des matériels, notamment à travers le contrôle à distance des chantiers

Profil Recherché

Vous avez une expérience de deux ans minimum sur des missions administratives et de montage de dossiers dans un environnement règlementé. Vous êtes organisé(e) et rigoureux(se). Vous avez un intérêt et une curiosité pour les aspects techniques liés à la rénovation énergétique. Vous avez une bonne maîtrise du Pack Office.

Une connaissance des dispositifs CEE/MPR serait un vrai plus.

Vous appréciez travailler en équipe et êtes à l’aise pour rejoindre un environnement en construction et mouvant. Votre adaptabilité sera déterminante pour vous épanouir sur ce poste.
