1、专业背景：本科及以上学历；会计学、财务管理、审计、金融等财务相关专业。 2、工作背景：优秀的应届毕业生，海外留学生优先。可接受在校实习生（以就业为目的）。 3、技能要求： （1）英语流利（CET6级500分以上或同等水平），可作为工作语言（必备项）； （2）具备扎实的财务专业知识，熟悉财务软件和办公软件的操作； （3）具备大量数据的分析能力，熟练掌握EXCEL函数，熟悉SQL、编程语言及AI智能体搭建为加分项； （4）具备良好的学习能力，能理解会计准则和税法，并在业务中有效应用； （5）具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够积极主动地学习和工作。
