1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学、管理学等相关专业优先。 2、具备较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，自带亲和力，能够与不同层次的人员进行有效的沟通。 3、学习能力强，组织能力强，有责任心，同理心，工作积极主动，能够承受一定的工作压力。 4、熟练使用办公软件，数据分析能力较好。 5、对人力工作抱有极大的热情和意愿。
