Mit Sonia sind Zahnärzte erfolgreich. Wir entwickeln KI-Lösungen, die Dokumentation und Abrechnung automatisch entstehen lassen, während behandelt wird – über 500 Praxen in Deutschland und Österreich arbeiten bereits mit Sonia. Wenn du intrinsisch motiviert bist, gerne Verantwortung übernimmst und Wert auf sinnstiftende Arbeit legst, bist du bei uns richtig. Wir suchen dich als Customer Success Manager:in (all) für unseren Dentalbereich. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Praxen Sonia nicht nur nutzen, sondern lieben: proaktiv, bis alles läuft.

Standort: Remote in Deutschland oder Luxemburg – gerne hybrid mit Offices in Berlin, Luxemburg oder München.

Das liegt in deiner Hand

  • Onboarding: Du führst neue Praxen durch den Einstieg, bis Sonia im Alltag läuft.
  • Proaktive Betreuung: Du meldest dich von dir aus bei deinen Praxen, statt auf Tickets zu warten.
  • Telefon und Calls: Onboardings, Check-ins und die Reaktivierung stiller Accounts laufen bei dir über den Hörer und Demodesk.
  • Dranbleiben: Du gibst nicht auf, bis die Praxis das volle Potenzial ausschöpft.
  • Technischer Support: Du bearbeitest Rückfragen selbstständig – ausprobieren, nachlesen und testen inklusive.
  • Eskalationen: Du fängst schwierige Situationen souverän auf und begleitest sie bis zur Lösung.
  • Schnittstelle zu Produkt- und Techteam: Komplexere Themen löst du teamübergreifend.
  • Kundenfeedback: Du analysierst Rückmeldungen und gibst sie strukturiert weiter.
  • HubSpot: Du hältst Kundendaten und Prozesse sauber und aktuell.

  • Freude am Kommunizieren: Der Griff zum Hörer ist für dich kein Hindernis, sondern der schnellste Weg zur Lösung.
  • Intrinsische Motivation: Du bleibst dran, weil du Lust hast, das Gesundheitssystem zu bewegen.
  • Macher-Mindset: „Ich probiere es aus und recherchiere“ statt „das weiß ich nicht“.
  • Technisches Verständnis: Du willst verstehen, wie unser Produkt funktioniert, und blickst auch mal hinter die Systemlogik.
  • Erfahrung im Customer Success: Idealerweise im SaaS-Umfeld, gerne auch aus dem Support.
  • Nähe zur Zielgruppe: Interesse an oder Verständnis für den medizinischen bzw. dentalen Bereich – alternativ Erfahrung mit einer anderen anspruchsvollen Nischen-Zielgruppe.
  • Sprachen: Fließendes Deutsch und gutes Englisch für die Kommunikation mit medizinischen Fachkräften und im Team.
  • Arbeitsweise: Eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
  • Tools: Erfahrung mit HubSpot, Stripe oder Demodesk ist ein Plus, kein Muss. Hauptsache du hast Lust, zu lernen und dich weiterzuentwickeln..
