Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung & Schulung: Begleite unsere Teilnehmer:innen online und vor Ort in ihrer Weiterbildung. Unsere klar definierten Abläufe geben dir Orientierung und ermöglichen dir, dein Wissen gezielt einzusetzen.
  • Innovation im Alltag: Arbeite mit einem multimodalen Lernkonzept, das bereits hunderte von Ärzt:innen überzeugt hat. Du wirst transparent in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Lehrmethoden eingebunden.
  • Teamorientiertes Arbeiten: Werde Teil eines kompetenten, strukturierten Teams, das Ultraschall, Service und Digitalisierung mit hoher Professionalität verbindet.
  • Fester Arbeitsplatz in Essen: In deiner Vollzeitstelle bist du fester Bestandteil unseres Teams und trägst maßgeblich zum Erfolg und nachhaltigen Wachstum des Unternehmens bei.

Stellenanforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MTRA – damit bringst du die Grundlage für eine fachlich fundierte Arbeit mit.
  • Freude an strukturierter Wissensvermittlung und an der Arbeit mit Menschen.
  • Hauptarbeitsort: Unser modernes Trainingszentrum in Essen.
  • Fest planbare Arbeitszeiten nach Absprache, inklusive Wochenendterminen im Planungsrahmen.
  • Keine Vorerfahrung im Bereich Ultraschall oder Lehre notwendig – wir schulen dich umfassend und systematisch ein.
