Du suchst einen gut strukturierten Bürojob mit Telefonkontakt, möchtest aber nicht in aggressiven Verkauf? Als Quereinsteiger für Kundenberatung im Vertrieb bei Sonocoach sprichst du mit Interessentinnen und Interessenten für unsere Ultraschall-Trainings, bereitest Entscheidungen vor und wirst Schritt für Schritt in deine Aufgaben eingearbeitet – ohne Vorkenntnisse im Vertrieb.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Telefonische Erstgespräche mit Interessierten führen (nach klaren Leitfäden), Fragen stellen, Situation verstehen und Ergebnisse übersichtlich festhalten.
  • Termine für ausführliche Beratungsgespräche vereinbaren, bestätigen und organisatorisch vorbereiten.
  • Kontakt zu bestehenden Interessenten halten, an Absprachen erinnern und einfache Rückfragen klären.
  • Wichtige Infos in unser System eintragen (z. B. Gesprächsnotizen, Termine, Vereinbarungen), damit alle im Team den Überblick behalten.
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei Aktionen wie Veranstaltungen oder Online-Terminen, z. B. durch Terminorganisation oder Nachfassen von Kontakten.

Stellenanforderungen

  • Du hast Freude an ruhiger, klarer Kommunikation am Telefon und im schriftlichen Austausch.
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig, magst geordnete Abläufe und fühlst dich wohl mit Checklisten und klaren Strukturen.
  • Du bist offen dafür, Neues zu lernen und dich in unser medizinisches Weiterbildungsthema einzuarbeiten – Schritt für Schritt und ohne Druck.
  • Vorerfahrung im Vertrieb ist nicht nötig – Quereinsteiger aus z. B. Pflege, Empfang, Hotellerie, Büro oder Handel sind ausdrücklich willkommen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und ein sicherer Umgang mit dem Computer.
