Nicht immer werden dabei die erforderlichen Musikrechte auch geklärt. Dich interessiert es, mehr über die Abläufe dahinter zu erfahren und administrative Prozesse mit rechtlichen Herausforderungen im Lizenzierungs-Alltag zu verbinden? Zudem bist du gut organisiert, motiviert und musikbegeistert? Dann suchen wir Dich.

Was du machst

  • Du unterstützt uns am Standort Berlin im Bereich „Music Licensing & Rights Management“.
  • Mit deiner Hilfe stellen wir sicher, dass unsere Künstler:innen für die gewerbliche Nutzung ihrer Musik auch fair vergütet werden.
  • Dein täglicher Fokus liegt auf dem digitalen Monitoring von unlizenzierten Nutzungen sowie ex-post Vergütungen für unser globales Sony Music Repertoire
  • Verschiedene Tools pflegst Du datenseitig und hältst Übersichten sowie Verteiler auf dem neuesten Stand.
  • Insights in den klassischen Musiklizenz-Prozess erhältst Du zudem: von der Song Anfrage über den Vertragsschluss bis zur kreativen Verwendung im finalen Content.
  • Du nimmst an internen und externen Meetings teil und bereitest diese vor und nach.

Wer du bist

  • Du interessierst dich für die Musik- und Entertainment-Branche.
  • Du bist hands-on und organisiert und hast ggfls. erste Medienrecht Erfahrungen bzw. im Bereich der Buchhaltung oder Royalties.
  • Du bringst Dich und Deine Ideen ein und denkst sie weiter.
  • Du hast Spaß daran, Dinge zu analysieren, aufzubereiten und daraus Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten.
  • Du bist sehr gut organisiert. Behältst einen kühlen Kopf bei parallelen Abstimmungs-Streams und engen Deadlines
  • Mit Microsoft Teams, Powerpoint, Musik Streaming Services und Social Media Plattformen kennst du dich aus.
  • Neuen Tools und administrativen Prozessen begegnest Du mit Interesse.
  • Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch.
