Du interessierst dich für den legal stuff hinter dem Musikbusiness und möchtest mehr über die administrativen Abläufe und rechtlichen Themen im Lizenzierungsalltag erfahren? Zudem bist du gut organisiert, motiviert und musikbegeistert? Dann suchen wir dich.

Was du machst

  • Du unterstützt uns bei der Organisation, Koordination und administrativen Umsetzung von Projekten und Prozessen.
  • Mit deiner Hilfe stellen wir sicher, dass unsere Künstler:innen für die gewerbliche Nutzung ihrer Musik fair vergütet werden.
  • Hierfür recherchierst du rechtliche und wirtschaftliche Sachverhalte und pflegst datenseitig verschiedene Tools und Systeme.
  • Du behältst den Überblick über interne und abteilungsübergreifende Abläufe und bereitest Übersichten und Informationen für das Legal-Team auf.
  • Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen und kommunizierst unter anderem mit lokalen Schwestergesellschaften und Rechtsanwaltskanzleien.
  • Bei Bedarf gehst du auch alle weiteren Fragestellungen aus dem Bereich des Vertragsrechts, des gewerblichen Rechtsschutzes und des Urheberrechts mit Begeisterung an.

Wer du bist

  • Du interessierst dich für die Musik- und Entertainment-Branche.
  • Idealerweise befindest du dich in einem wirtschaftsrechtlichen oder rechtswissenschaftlichen Studium oder hattest im Rahmen deines bisherigen Ausbildungswegs bereits Berührungspunkte mit rechtlichen Themen.
  • Mit Microsoft Teams, dem MS Office Paket und Social Media Plattformen kennst du dich bestens aus und findest dich schnell in neuen digitalen Tools zurecht.
  • Dein Deutsch und Englisch können sich hören lassen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und erledigst auch administrative Tätigkeiten sorgfältig und mit Liebe zum Detail.
  • Du bist motiviert, aufgeschlossen und kommunikationsstark.
  • Du bist sehr gut organisiert und behältst auch bei parallelen Abstimmungen und unterschiedlichen Prozessschritten den Überblick.
