Was du machst

  • Du erfasst Rechnungsdaten in unserem PO-System
  • Und kümmerst dich um die Kontierung von IC-Rechnungen und -Gutschriften
  • Du scannst Rechnungen
  • Und kontrollierst Reisekosten-Abrechnungen im System
  • Du schulst neue Mitarbeiter:innen im Umgang mit unseren PO- und Reisekostensystemen
  • Und kontrollierst Rechnungen (insbesondere in Bezug auf MwSt-Anforderungen)
  • Du korrespondierst mit unseren Mehrwertsteuer- und Steuerberater:innen
  • Du führst unsere Kasse
  • Und organisierst die Abrechnungen unserer Distributions-Deals

Wer du bist

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung absolviert
  • Du bist belastbar, diskret, kannst dich durchsetzen, ein echtes Organisationstalent
  • Und überzeugst mit unternehmerischem Denken
  • Du arbeitest präzise, selbständig und zuverlässig
  • Dein Deutsch ist sehr gut in Wort und Schrift. Genau wie dein Englisch
  • Du beherrschst die aktuellen MS Office-Anwendungen
  • SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Du bist auch als Berufseinsteiger:in willkommen oder möchtest während deines Studiums Berufserfahrung sammeln
