Was du machst

  • Du verantwortest unsere Learning-&-Development-Initiativen und entwickelst unser Lernportfolio entlang strategischer Prioritäten und der Bedarfe unserer Mitarbeitenden kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du konzipierst und steuerst unsere Learning Angebote inkl. Inhouse Academy, führst Bedarfsanalysen und Evaluationen durch und übersetzt die Ergebnisse in zielgruppengerechte Lern- und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen.
  • Du berätst Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte und Teams zu individuellen und organisationalen Entwicklungsbedarfen, konzipierst passende Maßnahmen und Coachings und gestaltest und moderierst Workshops, Lernformate und Team-Offsites.
  • Du entwickelst unser digitales Learning weiter und beschäftigst dich intensiv damit, wie wir KI und neue Technologien sinnvoll für Lernen und Entwicklung einsetzen können.
  • Du steuerst unsere externen Trainer:innen, Coaches und Learning-Partner und entwickelst unser Netzwerk kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren internationalen L&D-Teams zusammen, bringst die lokale Perspektive in globale Initiativen ein und übersetzt globale Ansätze in Lösungen, die zu unseren lokalen Anforderungen und unserer Kultur passen.
  • Du bringst dich über klassische L&D-Themen hinaus in Culture-&-Development-Initiativen ein und hast Lust, gemeinsam mit uns eine Kultur zu gestalten, in der Lernen, Feedback und Entwicklung selbstverständlich dazugehören.

Wer du bist

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Learning & Development mit und hast Lust, Themen eigenständig zu verantworten und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du begeisterst dich für Lernen, Unternehmenskultur und neue Technologien und bringst fundierte Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI im L&D-Kontext mit.
  • Du bringst erste Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit Leapsome und HowNow oder einer vergleichbaren Learning-Plattform mit und weißt, wie sich diese sinnvoll in eine moderne L&D-Landschaft integrieren lässt.
  • Du denkst analytisch und konzeptionell, kannst Bedarfe strukturiert erheben, Daten und Feedback auswerten und daraus konkrete, pragmatische Maßnahmen ableiten.
  • Du übernimmst gerne Ownership, arbeitest strukturiert, packst selbst mit an und behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn mehrere Projekte und Prozesse gleichzeitig laufen.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams und schaffst es, globale Konzepte mit einem guten Gespür für lokale Anforderungen zu übersetzen und umzusetzen.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Auswahl und Steuerung von Trainer:innen und Coaches und bringst idealerweise bereits ein eigenes Netzwerk an starken Learning-Partnern mit.
  • Du fühlst dich auch vor Gruppen wohl und hast Freude an Facilitation und der Gestaltung von Workshops. Eine Trainer:innen- oder Coaching-Ausbildung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und überzeugend auf Deutsch und Englisch und bewegst dich souverän zwischen unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen und Stakeholdern.
