Was du machst

  • Du betreust und berätst Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in deinem festen Betreuungsbereich in allen operativen und administrativen personalrelevanten Themen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der für deinen Bereich verantwortlichen PX Business Partnerin zusammen
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Optimierung und Umsetzung unserer HR-Prozesse entlang des Employee Life Cycles – von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung
  • Personaladministration und Dokumentenmanagement: Du erstellst Arbeitsverträge, Änderungsvereinbarungen, Bescheinigungen, Zeugnisse und weitere HR-Unterlagen
  • People Analytics: Du erstellst HR-Reports und Analysen (ad hoc und regelmäßig) zur strategischen Entscheidungsfindung
  • Du achtest auf die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorschriften und interner Richtlinien
  • Du verantwortest das Thema Arbeitssicherheit und bist – mit Unterstützung unseres Workplace Teams – zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Fragen rund um Arbeitsschutz und Gesundheit am Arbeitsplatz
  • Du hast je nach Themenschwerpunkt und Kapazität die Möglichkeit, an Projekten mitzuwirken und eigene Projekte zu leiten

Wer du bist

  • Du bist mit Leidenschaft im Personalwesen tätig und verfügst entweder über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, bevorzugt im Bereich Personal
  • Du bringst mehrere Jahre Arbeitserfahrung im Bereich der People Operations oder als HR Generalist:in mit und verfügst über umfassende und aktuelle Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeitsrecht und in HR Compliance Themen
  • Du arbeitest serviceorientiert und gehst empathisch auf dein Gegenüber ein
  • Du arbeitest selbständig und lösungsorientiert und legst großen Wert auf eine gute und unterstützende Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie auf eine konsistente wertebasierte Employee Experience
  • Du organisierst deine Arbeit effektiv und zuverlässig und zeichnest dich durch besondere Sorgfalt aus
  • Komplexe Fragestellungen bringen dich nicht aus der Ruhe, sondern motivieren dich, eine passende Lösung zu finden
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit der Automatisierung und Optimierung von Prozessen, bist technikaffin und hast Freude daran, deine Vorschläge proaktiv einzubringen und umzusetzen
  • Du kannst dich im Arbeitsalltag gut auf Englisch verständigen und verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) und hast bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit HRIS-Systemen
