Vacatureomschrijving

Als (Cloud) System Engineer speel je een cruciale rol bij het ontwerpen, implementeren en beheren van veilige, conforme en geoptimaliseerde cloudoplossingen. Hierbij maak je gebruik van je vaardigheden op het gebied van virtualisatie, containerisatie en orchestration met tools zoals Kubernetes en Docker. Je voelt je thuis in cloud-native development, serverless architecturen en DevOps-praktijken om innovatie en efficiëntie binnen cloudomgevingen te stimuleren.

Tot je verantwoordelijkheden behoren het automatiseren en onderhouden van systemen, het ontwikkelen van scripts om infrastructuur te optimaliseren en het afstemmen van cloudplatforms op de bedrijfsdoelstellingen. Hierbij maak je gebruik van je expertise in Azure (of AWS), automatiseringsframeworks, netwerken en beveiliging om digitale transformatie te ondersteunen en betrouwbare, kostenefficiënte systemen te bouwen.

Je zult systeembeheertaken uitvoeren zoals installatie, configuratie, troubleshooting en monitoring, evenals het installeren van upgrades, updates en patches op zowel on-premise als cloudplatforms. Daarnaast ontwerp, implementeer en ondersteun je schaalbare cloud- of hybride platformoplossingen, stroomlijn je deployment processen, verminder je handmatige ingrepen en zorg je voor een optimale werking van onze systemen door middel van analytisch denken, governancevaardigheden, probleemoplossend vermogen en samenwerking met andere teams.

Functie-eisen

We zijn op zoek naar gepassioneerde collega’s die graag de grenzen willen verleggen op het gebied van digitale transformatie en technologie consulting. Je hebt kennis en ervaring in het volgende:

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in informatica of een relevant equivalent
  • 5 jaar ervaring in infrastructuur projecten
  • Ervaring met Cloud diensten zoals Microsoft Azure, AzureAD, EMS, Office365, AWS etc.
  • Brede kennis van netwerken, systeem- en architecturen, storage concepten, virtualisatie, containers, automatisering, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, security en management
  • Scripting en automatisering: Powershell, VBScript, Bash, Ansible etc.
  • Ervaring met methodologieën zoals projectmanagement, ITIL, etc. of bereid zijn om gecertificeerd te worden
  • Vloeiend in Engels en Nederlands/Frans
