Vi söker en erfaren kravanalytiker som vill omvandla behov till smarta lösningar i samhällsviktiga projekt.

Som kravanalytiker hos oss är du länken mellan verksamhet och utvecklingsteam. Du fångar upp behov, analyserar dem och omvandlar dem till tydliga, spårbara krav som driver utvecklingen framåt. Du skriver user stories, formulerar acceptanskriterier, prioriterar och stämmer av – alltid med affärsnytta och användarupplevelse i fokus. Du jobbar nära både kund, utvecklare och testare och får en central roll i att skapa system som fungerar i verkligheten. Våra uppdrag finns inom branscher som energi, hälsa, telekom och offentlig sektor – där tekniska lösningar möter riktiga utmaningar.

Vi söker dig som har:

  • Relevant högskoleutbildning inom IT, systemvetenskap eller liknande.
  • Minst fem års erfarenhet som kravanalytiker, business analyst eller i liknande roll.
  • God vana att dokumentera både funktionella och icke-funktionella krav.
  • Erfarenhet av att skriva user stories och acceptanskriterier, gärna enligt BDD (Given–When–Then).
  • Teknisk förståelse för arkitektur, API:er och systemflöden.
  • Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande om du också har erfarenhet av:

  • Konsultrollen och kundnära arbete.
  • Systemutveckling eller teknisk bakgrund.
  • Certifieringar som IREB, CBAP eller liknande.
