Als Senior Mendix Developer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen en realiseren van complexe, bedrijfskritische applicaties. Je overziet het gehele landschap en weet businessvraagstukken te vertalen naar robuuste en toekomstbestendige oplossingen.

Je speelt een centrale rol binnen projecten en bent betrokken vanaf de eerste analyse tot en met de implementatie en doorontwikkeling. Je schakelt met stakeholders op verschillende niveaus en weet hun behoeften te vertalen naar duidelijke technische keuzes en architectuur.

Daarnaast neem je een voortrekkersrol binnen het team. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het werk, stuurt op best practices en helpt collega’s zich verder te ontwikkelen. Je denkt actief mee over de doorontwikkeling van de Mendix-propositie en de manier van werken binnen de practice.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Ontwerpen en bouwen van complexe Mendix applicaties
  • Vertalen van businessvraagstukken naar architectuur en oplossingen
  • Bepalen van technische richting en maken van ontwerpkeuzes
  • Realiseren en overzien van integraties binnen enterprise omgevingen
  • Coachen en begeleiden van (junior/medior) developers
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, performance en schaalbaarheid
  • Sparren met stakeholders over oplossingen, impact en strategie

Je hebt directe invloed op het succes van projecten en draagt bij aan innovatie en groei binnen het team en de organisatie.

Functie-eisen

Functie-eisen

  • Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in een IT-richting en meerdere jaren ervaring met softwareontwikkeling in professionele omgevingen
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met Mendix en bent in staat om complexe applicaties en projecten zelfstandig te ontwerpen en realiseren
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring met architectuurvraagstukken en integraties (zoals REST API’s, microservices en databases) binnen enterprise omgevingen
  • Je hebt ervaring met Agile/Scrum en weet teams mee te nemen in technische keuzes, kwaliteit en best practices
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal op minimaal B2-niveau en kunt overtuigend communiceren met stakeholders op verschillende niveaus

Aanvullende informatie

Bij Sopra Steria zorgen we ervoor dat jij je werk met plezier én in balans kunt doen. Daarom bieden we een aantrekkelijk en flexibel pakket aan arbeidsvoorwaarden:

  • Een vast contract en een salaris tussen de €4.500,- en €6.000,- bruto per maand (op basis van 40 uur per week). De exacte inschaling hangt af van jouw ervaring en de rol;
  • Vakantiegeld van 8%;
  • Sociale activiteiten met collega’s – van gezellige borrels tot sportieve of inhoudelijke uitjes;
  • Ontwikkelmogelijkheden via trainingen, kennisdelingssessies en inspirerende (netwerk)events;
  • Hybride werken: thuis of op kantoor, afhankelijk van wat jij nodig hebt;
  • Een royaal mobiliteitsbudget, in de vorm van een leaseregeling van €1.102,- met de keuze uit een elektrische leaseauto met NS Business Card of leasefiets of een alternatief vervoersregeling van € 1.007,- net wat het beste bij jouw manier van reizen past
  • Winstdeling van 8% on target (of OTB-bedrag wanneer de MT regeling van toepassing is);
  • 27 betaalde vakantiedagen
  • Mogelijkheid om op fiscaal vriendelijke manier studieschuld af te lossen, een fiets, zonnepanelen of sportabonnementen aan te schaffen (Cafetaria-systeem) of andere personeelskortingen te verkrijgen;
  • Een internetvergoeding van €15 netto per maand, een aanvullende thuiswerkvergoeding van €21,50 netto per maand waarbij wij jou daarbij faciliteiten bieden voor de uitrusting van jouw eigen thuiskantoor;
  • Een flexibele pensioenregeling, waaraan jij op maat en passend bij jou, bijdragen kan toevoegen.
