Vacatureomschrijving

Binnen ons HR-team in Nederland (standplaats Nieuwegein) hebben we plek voor een enthousiaste HR-meewerkstagiair(e).

Het Nederlandse HR-team bestaat uit een HR Director, vier HR Business Partners, een Wellbeing & Vitality Manager, een Manager Compensation & Benefits, een Compensation & Benefits Specialist en Wellbeing & Vitality-collega. Daarnaast werken we nauw samen met het Benelux Centre of Excellence op het gebied van People Development, Talent Management en Employee Experience.

Tijdens je stage word je begeleid door Jetske Bakker, Engagement & Culture Manager binnen het Benelux Centre of Excellence. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat je niet alleen waardevolle praktijkervaring opdoet, maar jezelf ook persoonlijk en professioneel ontwikkelt.

Naast het meewerken aan de dagelijkse HR-werkzaamheden krijg je de kans om zelfstandig aan verschillende projecten te werken, zoals:

Daarnaast zijn we op zoek naar iemand die nieuwsgierig is naar de mogelijkheden van AI binnen HR. Heb jij interesse in hoe AI kan bijdragen aan een betere medewerkerervaring, slimmere HR-processen of innovatieve HR-oplossingen? Dan krijg je bij ons de ruimte om deze ontwikkelingen te onderzoeken, ideeën uit te werken en mee te bouwen aan de toekomst van HR.

Je krijgt veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid. We moedigen je aan om proactief kansen te signaleren, zelfstandig informatie te verzamelen en met frisse ideeën en creatieve oplossingen te komen. Zo krijg je de mogelijkheid om écht impact te maken binnen onze organisatie.

Functie-eisen

Jij bent een enthousiaste, nieuwsgierige en zelfstandige student die graag initiatief neemt.

Daarnaast:

  • Volg je een hbo-opleiding in de richting van HRM, Human Resource Management, Communicatie of een vergelijkbare studie (bij voorkeur derdejaars).
  • Beheers je zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal goed.
  • Ben je minimaal 50% van je stageperiode beschikbaar om op ons kantoor in Nieuwegein te werken (in overleg).
  • Beheers je de Nederlandse taal vloeiend; dit is een vereiste voor deze stage.
