Job Description

SOFRAPEL recherche son future Chef d'équipe Production Mortiers et Adjuvants (H/F). Le poste est à pourvoir à partir du 1er décembre, pour un CDD d'une durée d'un an.

Quelles seront vos missions ?

Au sein de notre usine SOFRAPEL d'étanchéité liquide et de production de mortiers composites, vous avez en charge de garantir le bon fonctionnement quotidien de l'atelier et de contribuer au développement de l'activité industrielle du site.

  • Réaliser et superviser les fabrications de mortiers, accélérateurs de prise, antimousses et résines acryliques.
  • Organiser et planifier les productions selon les commandes et les priorités.
  • Contribuer à la bonne tenue des opérations logistiques du site : préparation de commandes, chargement, déchargement et contrôle des marchandises.
  • Veiller à la qualité des produits et à la traçabilité des fabrications.
  • Encadrer et accompagner un opérateur de production.
  • Assurer le respect des règles de sécurité, de rangement et de propreté.
  • Participer à la maintenance de premier niveau des équipements.

Ce que nous recherchons :

Vous possédez une formation ou une expérience en production industrielle, de préférence dans le domaine des mortiers, des matériaux de construction, de la peinture, de la résine ou de la chimie.

Vous avez connaissances des procédés de mélange poudres et liquides et un sens de la sécurité et de la qualité. Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques courants.

Votre sens de l'organisation, votre rigueur, votre autonomie et votre capacité à travailler en équipes sont des atouts clés pour ce poste.
