Job Description

SIA recrute, pour développer son secteur en Normandie (agence basée à HONGUEMARE GUENOUVILLE), un :

Chef de secteur désenfumage / protection incendie (H/F)

En lien direct avec votre directeur d'agence, vous participez activement au développement commercial et de production de votre agence.

Dans ce cadre, vos missions sont les suivantes :

  • Organiser la répartition des moyens humains et matériels en fonction de l'activité
  • Être garant de la rentabilité de votre secteur et de l'atteinte des objectifs
  • Analyser mensuellement les résultats de votre secteur
  • Superviser et coordonner vos équipes
  • S’assurer de la bonne exécution des chantiers, de la préparation jusqu’à la réception
  • Animer et s’assurer de la performance commerciale de vos équipes
  • Prospecter et faire des propositions techniques adaptées
  • Consultation fournisseurs pour l'élaboration des offres et devis
  • Rédiger les offres de travaux, de contrats de maintenance et travaux correctifs dans le cadre d'appels d'offre ou de contrats de maintenance et travaux correctifs

De formation Bac à Bac+2 (Bâtiment, CVC) minimum, vous justifiez idéalement d’une première expérience professionnelle réussie dans le secteur du bâtiment, protection incendie , CVC ou du traitement de l’air.
