Als Logistiek Medewerker bij Sorgente speel jij een belangrijke rol in het logistieke proces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat medische voeding en hulpmiddelen veilig, zorgvuldig en op tijd op de juiste locatie terechtkomen. Je werkt dagelijks met een reachtruck en houdt scherp toezicht op de THT-datums van producten, zodat onze kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid gewaarborgd blijven.

Je werkt in een betrokken logistiek team waarin samenwerking en veiligheid centraal staan. Jij houdt je strikt aan de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en denkt actief mee over hoe processen nóg slimmer, veiliger en efficiënter kunnen. Zie jij verbeterkansen? Wat ga je doen?

✔︎ Goederenontvangst: je neemt leveringen in ontvangst, controleert deze en verwerkt ze in het systeem.

✔︎ Opslag & distributie: je verplaatst pallets met de reachtruck en/of stapelaar naar de juiste bulklocatie en vult picklocaties aan.

✔︎ Voorraadbewaking: je bewaakt de opslagcapaciteit en onderneemt actie bij afwijkingen of tekorten.

✔︎ Retouren: je beoordeelt en registreert binnenkomende retouren en plaatst bruikbare producten terug op de picklocaties.

✔︎ Veiligheid & kwaliteit: je zorgt voor een veilige en schone werkomgeving en houdt de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen scherp in beeld.

Wat bieden wij jou?

✔︎ Een fulltime dienstverband (32 uur is bespreekbaar);

✔︎ Vaste werktijden van 06:00 uur tot 14:30 uur op werkdagen;

✔︎ Een salarisindicatie bij aanvang € 2.900,- met een uitgroei tot € 3.400,- op fulltime basis (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring);

✔︎ Een contract van 7 maanden om te starten. Wij gaan voor een langdurige samenwerking en hebben de intentie deze te verlengen voor langere termijn;

✔︎ Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals 25 vakantiedagen (fulltime basis), reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,25 cent per km (ook op de fiets), een bijdrage van € 50,- aan je zorgverzekering (fulltime basis), een bonusregeling van 4%, een pensioenregeling, interessante personeelskortingen en lunch in het bedrijfsrestaurant.

Wat breng jij mee?

✔︎ Mbo werk- en denkniveau;

✔︎ Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als logistiek medewerker;

✔︎ Ervaring met het besturen van hef- en reachtrucks (is je certificaat verlopen, dan bieden wij een opfriscursus aan);

✔︎ Kennis van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen en een nauwkeurige werkhouding;

✔︎ Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;

✔︎ Woonachtig in de omgeving van Utrecht.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die structuur kan aanbrengen en overzicht weet te behouden, flexibel is in werktempo en goed omgaat met momenten van tijdsdruk gedurende de dag.

Dankzij ons werk kan de rest van de organisatie draaien en kunnen wij de bestellingen voor onze klanten op tijd bij hen thuis krijgen.
