Training

Onderdeel van de inwerkperiode is een training van 2 weken waar iedereen mee start. Je krijgt uitleg over het klantsysteem waar Sorgente mee werkt en je zal stapsgewijs begeleid worden in je werkzaamheden tot je zelfstandig aan het werk kan.

Na deze (goede en betaalde) inwerkperiode zorg je ervoor dat klanten de juiste medische voeding ontvangen en geef je advies over het gebruik ervan. Dankzij jouw inlevingsvermogen sluit jouw ondersteuning aan op de wensen van de klant. Vragen over bestellingen of vergoedingen van zorgverzekeraars? Ook die beantwoord jij zorgvuldig en met aandacht. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen telefoongesprekken en administratieve systemen, en werkt samen met collega’s om klanten snel en goed te helpen.

Wat ga je concreet doen?

✔︎ Beantwoorden van telefonische klantvragen over medische voeding (inbound);

✔︎ Nieuwe klanten verwelkomen en hun eerste bestelling soepel laten verlopen (outbound);

✔︎ Bestellingen opnemen en problemen oplossen, zoals bij vertragingen;

✔︎ Administratief verwerken van bestellingen en vragen.

Team Samen met een betrokken en deskundig team van 55 collega’s werk je in Houten (of deels thuis) en word je ingeroosterd tussen 08:00 en 18:00 uur (met een flexibel rooster).

Wat bieden wij jou?

✔︎ Brutosalaris bij aanvang € 2.608,- (fulltime);

✔︎ Een contract voor 7 maanden met uitzicht op verlenging en daarna een vast contract;

✔︎ Goede begeleiding en buddy-systeem wanneer je van start gaat;

✔︎ De mogelijkheid om hybride te kunnen werken;

✔︎ Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals 25 vakantiedagen, reiskostenvergoeding van 0,25 cent per km (ook op de fiets), een bijdrage van € 50,- aan je zorgverzekering, een pensioenregeling, bonusregeling van 4%, aantrekkelijke personeelskortingen en nog meer.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

✔︎ Minimaal mbo3 werk- en denkniveau;

✔︎ Affiniteit met zorg en medische voeding;

✔︎ Enige telefonische ervaring (met klanten) en basisvaardigheden met de computer;

✔︎ Woonachtig in of in de omgeving van Houten;

✔︎ Beschikbaarheid in uren: vanaf 32 uur in de week.

Sorgente is in Nederland de specialist in voedingszorg voor thuis. Wij bieden persoonlijke ondersteuning en leveren medische voeding aan huis aan mensen die dat nodig hebben vanwege ziekte of een medisch probleem. Omdat voeding erg belangrijk is voor gezondheid en herstel, zorgen we er samen voor dat de voedingszorg thuis altijd goed geregeld is.
