As the Head of Marketing at Sorted, you will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts, developing strategies to increase brand awareness, and driving business growth through effective campaigns. You will leverage your expertise in marketing automation and Meta Ads to reach our target audience and achieve our marketing objectives. ## Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns and track their success.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes.
  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing automation.
  • Experience managing Meta Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably as a mid-level marketing manager. You should have a strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and experience with Meta Ads. ## What We Offer
